My boyfriend died I was in prison we lived together for 5 years he never divorced his wife she lived with another man and still does she has taken his things my things out of house the truck what can I do plus it's on record they both filed for divorce

You can represent yourself in JP (small claims) court, claiming that she convered your things to her use. Proof may be a problem.
