It's been a long time coming... Estate matter..

Public admin. handled Aunts estate. Prior to that Bank of America. We were intentionally not given notice. This was to benefit others. Years later we became aware. Due to so much time that's gone by since case started legal help on contingency was not going to happen. Probate case was in San Fran, CA. & I live in WA. State. This makes it hard to do anything- My Dad was main beneficiary of residuary. We were the contingent. Dad died before all distributions of estate were made. Long before. Aunt did not want Dads ex step kids to inherit. Yet that who ended up with it all. Aunt made video saying this. Aunt also in video said she only wanted Easter Seals to give to.Yet 5 different charities were paid out. Out of anyone in my Aunts life she wanted to give to were my Sister and I. Yet we got nothing. Not even notice- Who then gets the residuary now that Dad passed b 4 all distributions were made..? Thank you
