its complicated, what i really need is to speak to some kind of advocate to help me to know what kind of law help im very desperate for?

my 30 yr partner & x husb whom we raised my 2 girls as his died 2015 we we sole beneficiaries on everything. i hired a lawyer to insure our future plans he was the wage earner. im on ssi disib. somehow in spite of 3 yrs of calling my lawyer i found out that 401k/differ account was gone. this lawyer is under current investigation with the assoc of attorneys board in ramsey county st paul mn. he had 10,000 of some of the life insurance i collected that he returned. along with incomplete file, i still have no idea when this federally insured retirement accnt was drained or the amount total. im destitude & cant afford utilities prop taxes home insurance ectra im barly existing, its complicated i know i was taken advantage when at my lowest darkest point, i need someone to help me figure out what i should & can do with no $$$. to make it more complicated both of our identities were stolen by next door neighbor, he wanted to be rid of this fraud debt.he died while in middle of bankrupt help
