I am a disabled child 43 .y father just passed away. My stepmother refuses to show me the trust and claims I am not a benificary also my ssdi is in her name and I don't think she is being honest about my savings from Safi I thought I could trust her but I'm not sure she is being honest and now she is shredding a bunch of documents

You might start with the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada, but your inquiry actually is in disability law, and will, trust, and probate, rather than in family law.
