More details to this question:
Yes my father passed away October 1st 2015 and he left me his pension and all his money in his will I called the pension place and they refused to release his money to me

I think this is the same question that I asked previously.  You will have to get the proof of the beneficiary from the pension plan.  If you are the executor, the distribution could be made to you on behalf of the estate.

If you are the beneficiary of the pension then they can't refuse to release the money to you.  It may be that your father thought he was leaving it to you, but did not do the paperwork required.  If no beneficiary is named, the payment will be made to the estate.  If you are the executor of the estate, then send the proof that you are the executor to the pension company and ask to know who the beneficiary is. Good luck !
