Living Will in Tennessee

More details to this question:
My husband and I are marry and own a home together but we both have children of our own. Is it possible to have a living will in Tennessee if one of us die before the other then the property/home half of the home will go to our own children but not spouse will get the entire property/home?

Right now you and your husband own the home such that when the first of you dies, then the survivor gets all of the house. You could do what you want through a new deed on house (if there is no morgage) and a last will and testament.
