Just inherited mineral rights from OKLA. Receiving offers from oil companies wanting to lease/ get rights. Are there attorneys that specialize in oil/mineral issues. I have limited knowledge and do not know if I am being offered/treated fairly in the suggested paperwork. Is there a fair market price for oil/mineral/gas royalties. We also need to try to verify all the heirs involved. I need help.
