My mom passed away a little over a month ago with no will or anything. Need to file for small estate for her personal belongings and two bank accounts. So I can make sure me and my brother gets what is coming to us.

Contact a probate lawyer who practices in the county in which you mother died. The local probate court or state bar may have a list.
