My brother changed the locks

More details to this question:
My father passed in 2009. My bother moved in the home,in spring of 2010. Our parents estates were never probated, i went up to just talk to him one day. He wasnt home and had changed the locks. That house is still deeded in our parents names. Did he have the rights to change those locks? Do I have any legal rights? That house is just as much my home as well as his. Thank you
