QUESTION
MY Father died. Leaving his home to my sister. Leaving the rest of us money. They are taking expenses for the house out of the shared inheritance?

More details to this question:
They are distributing the will. In the Accounting there is over $50,000 in expenses for upkeep of my father's house which is not part of the will. My sister is the sole heir.

Whether this is the correct procedure depends on the language of the Will.
