My father passed and his wife of only 3 years is claiming everything there was no will what rights do I have I’m his biological son

My father passed away and his new wife of only 3 yrs is claiming everything do I have any rights to anything like personal property that he had befor there marriage

Hire a probate lawyer who practices in the county in which your father lived and died to file an application to determine heirship. States which were among the 13 original colonies follow the English rule when there is no Will. The spouse's inheritance is limited.
