My Fathers probate was heard 11-20-20. His second wife is executor and his children are listed as heirs as well. How do we find out what is happening. Her atty won’t return calls and the probate clerks office said it’s closed.

As for your question, you can obtain a copy of everything in the probate court file- call the probate court and ask the clerk what you need to send in to get that. That way you can see any court records. If Letters Testamentary were already issued and inventory and report filings were waived, however, either by the Will or by the heirs and beneficiaries, then the court may not have much, if any, further involvement.
Your stepmother's attorney does not represent you and may not even be able to speak with you directly if you have ever hired your own attorney. If you really want to make sure that your interests are represented, you should consider hiring your own probate attorney for help in getting information and making sure that your rights are protected.
