my mother just passed away a few weeks ago

More details to this question:
she did not have a will. she was married she also took care of her brother and sister who is handy cap. her husband pretty much said we put the property in his name or sell it. this property has been our family for 30 some year my mom wanted me to have it to stay there and take care of my uncle and aunt, it's the only home they know. what right do they have and I have?

the question if hard to understand but if the house is still in mom's name, you have a financial interest in it and need to see a FLA attorney immediately.
