My mothrr passed away in april 2020 with me, her daughter being POA will alive ,but passed before she had will certified. What happens to her finances

I am daughter. And caregiver of my mother for past 20yrs, and lived in same home together for entire time. I took care of bill, paperwork, doc. Apptointments, medical needs, ect.. Was put as POA . But no will.. Got check pay to estate of mom and also she has checking account frozen. How can i access funds and claim land in Alaska?

The POA expired with your mother.
Hire a local probate attorney to help you file an application to determine heirship and be appointed to administer the estate.
