QUESTION

my rights regarding my father's will

More details to this question:
my sister will not give me a copy and supposedly the attorney cannot produce the original and will not give me a copy without her consent, which she won't give. she has emptyied out his safety deposit box, using his vehicle, and will be sending my nephew some of his belongings, without my consent. what do i do to contest the will and where do i start

Dont call me but call a local FLA lawyer for advice on FLA law. In PA, you could have a lawyer file a petition in court to get a copy. This is unfortunate if you have to go that far. I guess the will wasnt filed with the court after the death, otherwise you could copy it at the courthouse.
