Need help reguarding Executor of Estate

My name is Mrs. Harris And I reside in Ohio but mother passed in Philadelphia Pennsylvania where she appointed an attorney there as the Executor of the State, there has been gross misconduct and I don't know what to do and can't afford an attorney
