no will no estate husband deceased for 2 years.

More details to this question:
Just found out that he had a bank account the bank says I have to have a form from the executor of the estate. there was no estate no executor. Married to him for 20 years no children. What are my options to obtain access to this account?

in PA you can get up to $3500 from a bank without opening an estate. If you are over that amount, you may need to open one. to do so, you need a lawyer. Get an opinion from a lawyer.
