Im from Montgomery,Al and im going through probate with my moms estate i just turned the inventory in.My mom has 3 houses still in here now.My uncle was paying her to buy the house i havent taking any money from him since she passed away.Can i just put the house in his name and not me and my siblings even though i know everything is split 3 ways to the hiers.

No. That would be colluding with your uncle to rob the estate. But after splitting everything three ways, you and your siblings can continue to sell the house to your uncle.
