My mom and aunt live in Detroit Mi. They are listed in a will for home in Sanford Fl. They received a notice from law firm representing a 'family friend who request to be the personal representative of the property. We informed my mom not to sign the request but were informed the request is in - testate as the original will was lost. we have the secondary will that list my mom and aunt. Were unsure of next steps,
