My wife sister passed away June 25, 2019, she had a will leaving her estate to her and her sister, the estate was closed in December 2020. Now we have an individual who thru a lawyer is petition probate court to make him a Respondent to her estate because he said he was injured in a car accident caused by her late sister in July of 2018. This individual has not filed a claim with her insurance. This petition was filed in March 2021. Need advice

Please discuss this matter with the attorney who represented the executor in the probate of your sister-in-law's estate. That person is more familiar with the facts of the case than anyone on this listserv.
