probate no will 3 siblings

More details to this question:
my mother died 5.5 years ago no will only asset small house brother and sister did not want anything to do with house i fixed up moved in paid off balance of morgage taxes paid up to date maintained house invested close to 15000 dollars have most records now siblings want to probate and sell house do i have any rights what should i do sister was going to grve me her share backed out have witnesses no paper

You may file a claim against the estate for expenses for which you have records.  Your sister is not bound to give you her share.
