What does this mean, "No ntc one (1) other than petnr"? It is listed as the 2nd matter to clear, the 1st is proof of publication with the newspaper for the Notice of Petition to administer estate.

Without knowing the context of the note, it is hard to know what it means. It seems to mean that notice was not provided to someone other than the petitioner and probably must be provided.
