Mother died with no will. Brother, myself and a deceased sister's one child. Are all three to receive an equal division of estate? I have been her soul care-giver for last twenty years. Will that afford me any greater proportion. State of Virginia.

Unless you have a written contract, your work as a caregiver will remain financially uncompensated.
