My estranged father passed away 3 years ago I am his only child. My aunt said he left the house to her. However there was no will I found out. Now I have to file probate and sell the house which she has rented out and has tenants. However I’m out of state and I cannot afford retainer fees that lawyers are asking. Is there any lawyers who would take payment upon sale of the house?
