Probating will from 1977

More details to this question:
my great aunt left my dad her executor, she is dead and my dad is dead. Will just found this pastweekend from our aunt. She lived in Los Angeles county, Pacific Palesaides

1 ANSWER

First of all, I am sorry for your losses. Probating the will is no problem. If all the named executors are deceased then we would do a petition for probate administration with will annexed. One of the other beneficairies could serve as a administrator or a professional fiduciary could do it. We handle these matters throughout California.
