My 1/2 sister was granted administrator to my father’s estate. (He had no Will) She now claims she can keep all monies and his car. I live in Kingsland Ga and can’t find an attorney to talk to here. Thank you..

If the father has no will then GA law says that if the father is unmarried, his estate should be divided between his children. Use the phone to talk with an attorney in GA.
