More details to this question:
Hello, I wish to structure leaving my home and acreage that was given to me- to my kids, without burdening them with a.-capital gains tax and or b.-estate tax (should the land be valued over my state's threshold) so not sure if a standard Will can do that. Does the Attorney charge some percentage of assets or flat/hourly fee for drafting documents? I received a package in the mail asking me for all my financials first in order to meet. That makes me a bit nervous. Thank you.

I dont usualy ask for someone's financials before meeting unless the estate is so substantial that something more than a simple Will is neccessary. If you are interested in discussing your matter, I welcome the opportunity to assist you.
