More details to this question:
death of a relative with her son is the as the surviving trustee. He now has access to everything in the trust. If there is a will does it matter, and how do i find it. I know she would have left something to her grandchildren.

Typically when someone has a trust the will simply pours over everything into the trust. The trust sets out who the beneficiaries are. Thanks,Jon
