If you have requested and paid the fee for a jury trial on your contest, you should expect it to be set. You should also expect to have a great deal of difficulty winning a jury trial in which you represent yourself.  Even lawyers rarely do that, calling to mind the old saying that a lawyer who represents himself has a fool for a client.

This is general information. It cannot substitute for a personal consultation with an attorney. It is not intended to be legal advice or imply an attorney-client relationship.
