More details to this question:
My mom owned a small bussiness, she pasted away and my youngest brother and me had a verbal agreement we would run the place together.Lasted a few years and now he pushed me out of it,to were I have nothing to do with the bussiness. As far as I know there was no will or anything cause I never seen one or even heard of one.The bussiness is in my moms name still to this day, never went through probate or anything like that.So what is there that I can do? I have three other brothers and I pretty sure we are intiled to something not just one of us. The bussiness is worth around 200.000.00 that's what my mom was tring to sell it for before she past.

Since the business is in your mother's name, file for probate and let the court instead of your brother determine how her property is to be distributed.
