Trustee violation on a probate case

More details to this question:
My trustee in California walked away from a summary judgement probate case in Palm Beach Fl. on the basis of Fraud and Corruption by the attorney and my aunt, My grandfather's power of attorney, in Florida. Looking to get a court order in California to have my trustee pay for my legal fees on an attorney in Florida on an 83 Million dollar property with unclaimed tax not paid on. These was a 2003 Trust and Will, 2005 Trust and Will, 2006 Trust and Forged Will, 2007 Trust, 2008 trust and 2009 trust and Will. This trust and Will was to disinherit me from my grandfather's estate which my aunt only claimed 6 Million Dollars and 77 Million unclaimed assets on taxes.
