Im the admin of my moms estate. My step dad sold my mothers classic car by backdating the title to 9 days before she passed and by sighing her name. I have a text thread beteen him and I makeing arrangements to have the car shipped to me weeks after her passing and him texting me he sold the car for cash almost a month after she passed. How do I get the car back. Through the dmv we've records we located the state the vehicle in and now I am not sure what to now?

You need to file suite against him on behalf of the estate to recover estate assets. Your lawyer should be able to assist you with that. You need to start this NOW so you have a reasonable chance of recovering the vehicle.
