More details to this question:
My parents passed my sister is the executor,She has bounce checks making mortgage late twice that I know, threatening shes selling the house. I pay 1400.00 toward the mortgage and know she wants to evict me saying I owe since Sept to present I have receipts proving that I pay. She has her son which does drugs in the house living here, she comes in and out the house like she owns it. I've asked her to let me buy her out and she said I want to the easy way out

The starting point is to read the will.  This will most likely let you know both your sister and your rights and obligations.  Has the will been submitted to probate?  If not, why not?
