QUESTION

what can I do about not being in the Will?

More details to this question:
My mother has passed away recently and she used to have a will with me in it but then she called the cops on me and had the state charge me with 3rd degree assault against her and I got out on probation but she had passed away before i was off of it so i didn't get to talk to her and now she is gone and i am out of the will and i don't know if i was taken off because of the assault but my sister got everything and I want to keep her house that was left to my sister but i don't know if it is worth my while because of my charge can you please let me know if it is possible to fight for

I'm sorry but your mother has a right to leave everything to your sister.  She didn't have to have a reason, she could have left everything to who ever she wanted, but the fact that she had a reason (the assault) means that it is likely you would not win a case against the estate.
