what do I have to do to have my name put on my parents deed ?

More details to this question:
my mom and dad own a house.both their names are on the deed.my dad got remarried and moved but my mom and dads name is on the deed to this house .my dad died 3 years ago.so the deed is in my dad and moms name.there isn't a will.my mom wants to take my dads name off the deed since he died and put my name on it so that if anything happened to her the house would go to me.i have been living here and fixing the house up.what do we have to do to have dads name taken off the deed and have my name added to it with my mom ?

Have a deed prepared by an attorney and signed by your parents naming you as the transferee.
