More details to this question:
I am single with 5 kids. Most of my cash estate is in IRAs. And I Own a paid for House. Would like to Leave the house to 2 of the 5. As a result I want to leave 4/14ths to three heirs and 1/14th to the two getting the house. I also want cash above $700K to be decided equally between the 5.
