What is the penalty for non report for a first time probation violation?

My boyfriend got charged with burglary and had a sentence of 13 do one he got out in April and he did not report today for his third report what is going to be the penalty for this? How much time will he have to serve?

Hi- I am sorry, but your question does not describe a probate matter. Probate is the process of having a deceased person's Will validated and made effective. What your boyfriend has is a criminal law question. I don't do any criminal law and have no idea what the answer would be.
