what options do i have

More details to this question:
my brother passes away suddenly he was suppose to have will have not found he told us what he wanted but now his ex who he wasnt married to had a lawyer text me that she is probating his estate for his estranged kids and she wants everything the kids are under 18. My brother was not going to leave them anything he was up to date on child support and medical. he had a car motorcycle and a house my uncle lives in he was currenly living in my house and the lawyer stated she wanted all of his belongings in my house also

Under the laws of intestacy of most, perhaps all, states, everything passes to the children.  Other than find the Will or show what belongings in your house were yours and not his, there is not much you can do.
