what type of will should i be getting

More details to this question:
I am 56, single, homeowner, 2 grown children. What do I need to get drawn up? Will & power of attorney? Would you recommend someone near my area who is reasonable. I live near Gettysburg, PA.

Normally, you need a will, POA and living will. They are the basics. Go to a local lawyer or one at least in your area. Word of mouth is a good reference and talk to several lawyers.
