My Daughter became legal guardian of my Mom, who was court ordered to nursing home. A was lawyer conservator and handled the money. My Mom died with no will or executor, who pays nursing home bill?

The nursing home bill is your mother's bill. If she used Medicaid, the Iowa Medicaid Estate Recovery Program will try to recover from her estate.
