QUESTION

Will and Probate?

Asked on Oct 02nd, 2017 on Wills and Probate - Connecticut
More details to this question:
I read about % fees of an estate during the probate process which confused me. If there is a Will won't we be all set with just that? I thought I understood what Probate was but now don't understand how it correlates if there is a Will. Thank you.

Everything gets probated even if there is a will. Having a will speeds the process up usually and makes this run smoothly. You should consult with an attorney if you need further information.

Information provided doesn't create an attorney/client privilege nor constitute an offer of services and is only general responses to hypotheticals
