Will states the Executor and Co-Exe, Shall not be compensated.

More details to this question:
How can the Executors said they are taking 5% each of the Estate sale proceeds, plus their share as beneficiaries. When the Will states the Executor and Co-Executor shall serve without compensation in Section VI, part E. Are they allowed to take that 5% of Estate Sale proceeds, each?

If the decedent leaves detailed instructions in his will for how he wants his executor to be paid, those wishes take priority over any law – even if the will states that the executor should receive no compensation.
