QUESTION

Will vs TODD

Asked on Aug 10th, 2020 on Wills and Probate - Oklahoma
More details to this question:
My moms will list all three siblings with my sister as the PR..it states to share and share alike. 23 years later she filed a TODD in just mine and my sisters name. Leaving our other sibling off. My understanding is we share all personal property 3 ways but the house was left to just me and my sister. Do we have to share the house sale funds with the third sibling? Also my sister never filed to be the PR... does that affect anything?

A deed trumps a Will. In addition, a Will has no legal effect until a court admits it to probate.
