More details to this question:
my aunt dies leaving her husband hes still alive our aunt says she power of attorney we cant be 100& sure but shes going into the home taking jewelry ,coins,clothes,refuses to pay cartaker,food,clothes for our uncle for the funeral what can we do hes 93 but still very sharp keeps asking the cargiver why shes taking everything what can we do to protect him we promised our aunt he will be taken care of and get whatever he wants and never to go into a home please help we live in Oregon and need to decide if we have to go to ca to help him thank you

You may need to have a conservatorship action for someone to take over the care of your uncle.  Any power of attorney requires the attorney in fact to act in the best interest of the principal.
