My father died 3 years before his mother. Probate was filed 5 years before my fathers deathand 8 years before my grand mothers. Will his off spring be entitled to his part of the probate.

probate cannot be filed before someone dies. I really dont understand the question and it is difficult to answer as written. consult with a local UT attorney.
