withholding money from a benefciary

More details to this question:
My grandfather recently passed away and left several large accounts in my name and my brothers name. I am not on good terms with my mother and she is the executor of the will and estate. She has repeatedly told me i will not see any of the money my grandfather left for me! Can she legally do this?
