QUESTION

can I be compensated for lost wages while off on a workmans comp claim?

Asked on Dec 19th, 2016 on Workers Compensation - Tennessee
More details to this question:
I have been released from the doctor for my workmans comp claim and returned to work. I received a letter from the case manager with a settlement amount to close my case. I reviewed 66% of my salary while off. Upon returning, my wages were still decreased for the rest of that year. Can I be compensated for the lost wages too?
