Can you help with owcp federal cases?

My disability caused on the job at usps. My owcp case was denied for mental condition caused from pain in left and right knees both owcp approved. I just want to apply for a schedule award for my permanent injuries. And apply for early retirement due to injuries that have been aggravated and mascerbated by working for United States postal service. I'm a disabled wounded warrier veteran that needs this expedited so I can try to get back with my life.
