I work as a courier. I was at work in November and I was hit by a car. I have hired a lawyer to handle the car accident settlement. I have also been receiving medical treatments that are covered by worker compensation. I was contacted by a lawyer representing worker compensation last week to settle my case. The offer was $1000 anf releases the lien from the car accident.
