i just found out i might have a workers comp claim in ma. heres my case . i was hired by Madi Corp 946 Great Plain Ave #153 Needham, MA 02492 as strike replacement driver. i was dispatch to chicago,ill usa food. i backed my truck into pole. i had neck,back,head pain. went to dr and placed out of services. this happened in 2012. i hired lawyer in chicago and signed settlement papers in jan 2013. do i have a claim in ma also

If the injury occured in Chicago, it is a Illinois workers compensation case. You settled that case, therefore no other case is allowed per the comp law. If your case was settled "with liability," the insurance company will pay your reasonable and related medical bills for the rest of your life. Any claim for weekly benefits exhausted upon settlement.
